If any of you have some good crock pot recipes, I need them, badly! You can email them to me at sbunk@me.com or snail them to me at 3220 Cobblestone Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. Thank you! I love you! Bye!
check out this blog... I have made the pizza dipper, the ribs and a pork chop and scallop potato recipes. the pork chop one makes a lot. They were all really good. and i like her pictures.
I just made this last week and it was good. Pork Chops
4 whole lean porkchops (I browned my first) 1 whole onion sliced or diced (I sliced) 2 Cans Cream Mushroom soup 4 Tab. soy sauce 2 Tab. worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dried parsley 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Shops go in crock pot first then onions and Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour over chops. Cook on low 5 to 6 hours. They come out very tender and you could cut them up to make them feed more. You can also 1 1/2 it to feed more. I made mashed potatoes with it and the sauce is great gravy. Oh I forgot you add 1/2 cups sliced mushroom after the onion. (I used canned since I didn't have fresh)
Put 3/4 of salsa in crock pot with 7-8 chicken breasts (frozen). Cook on low all day, shred chicken and return to crock pot. Serve on costco tortillas with mango salsa, sour cream, etc. Yum and super super easy.
