You can tell I am doing anything to avoid going through my stuff, when, in fact, I am writing on my blog. I have until October 31st to get that job done (the stuff job)...what is the hurry? I actually think I will feel much more settled after I get that job done, so it is now a priority!
Anyway, here are some photos from some of the things we have been up to:
1- Beautiful Hailey began her senior year of high school. She got to wear a school t-shirt for the first day, in case any of the underclassmen had a question. Even though she is in leadership, it was her first day as a student at Bonanza, so I am not sure that she could really answer anyone's questions. She was looking for her own classerooms all day. I think it took her a week before she knew where the bathrooms were. She is funny! I like her!
2- Handsome Tod celebrated his 28th birthday! It is nice to be home, so we can join in on these kinds of celebrations! We are so grateful Tod is in our family. He helps us keep it real!
3- Hailey had TWO planters warts removed. My pictures should be of the after variety, but I am afraid it might be a little too graphic for most stomachs. She has been in some serious pain! And, it is really getting in the way of her workouts! Finally, after two weeks, she feels like it might be getting a little better.
4- These three people make me happy! Grand-children is the perfect name for them. They are grand!
5- We went to another missionary wedding. It is pretty fun to see our missionaries! Posing for pictures during a downpour...not so much!
6- Sadie and James had a house full for dinner. It was very thoughtful and a lot of fun!
7- We had a Bunker Family Reunion in Boulder City. It was memorable. Every piece of it. We honored Grandpa Wayne, he will be 90 in a couple of months. (It made me miss my father, his spiritual sense influenced every occasion we celebrated together.) I am grateful for a wonderful father-in-law that is a great man who has taught us well, every step of his life! His spiritual sense was felt by all of us that day.
Beau with his hands in his pockets. Following orders...better than on his hips. :)
Grandpa & Grandma Margie
Bill, Mary, Michele and Jon (i think they are looking really young)
Grandpa and his grandchildren, missing four boys (one on a mission, two back east, and one in Idaho)
the great-grandchildren-several missing
8- Last. We have been looking for a little spot in midway. We hope it will have a view of this mountain...and maybe the peace of a golf course. I will keep you posted.
